HOW I CAN FIND OUT MY ORDER IS ACCEPTED?
After placing the order, our manager will contact you to clarify and confirm the order. Also on your e-mail will be sent a confirm information about booking of the car which contains the order number, details of the trip and other important things. This confirmation ensures that the transfer is booked and that the driver will meet you at the appointed time. If you have not received a confirmation email, be sure to contact the manager.
HOW MANY DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP CAN YOU BOOK A TRANSFER?
We do not limit the period between the date of placing an order and the date of its fulfil. But we strongly recommended you making a transfer in advance, no less than 24 hours before it starts.
If less than 24 hours are left before your trip, contact our manager and he will try to find a solution. These time frames are set by carrier companies. They cannot guarantee that transfers booked less than 24 hours in advance will be accepted. You will receive information about this in a timely manner.
WHICH PERIOD OF TIME YOU CAN CHANGE ORDER?
If till transfer more than 24 hours, report about changes to our manager, he will inform the driver and send you a new booking confirmation. If less than 24 hours, you need to contact the driver directly and find out if he will accept the changes.
MUST I PAY UP FOR WAITING?
No, it is common practice for transfers from the airport that the driver monitors arrival by flight number, and if the flight is delayed, he will wait or arrive later. The free waiting time at the airport (after the actual landing of the aircraft) is 1 hour. Transfer from the railway station includes 20 minutes of free waiting. Transfer from the city to the airport, to the railway station or to the address - the free waiting time is 10 minutes.
WHICH LIMITATIONS DO YOU HAVE ON QUANTITY AND BAGGAGE WEIGHT?
When ordering, you need to consider the class and capacity of the vehicle, which is necessary for baggage. If you are traveling with large luggage - wheelchair, skis or other large items, please write about this when placing an order. Perhaps, in this case, the class of the car will be changed, as you will need a car of greater capacity.
DOES BAGGAGE RESTRICTIONS EXIST?
Baggage transportation is regulated by law and excludes the presence of hazardous (explosive, flammable and toxic) substances.
